This movie is amazingly (if that’s a word) different. There are moments to feel happy and sad, and by the end you feel so good about everything. Awesome cast, Hugh Dancy does a great job as Adam, he truly helps you feel every moment that he feels, you feel happy and or sad when he does. So does Rose Byrne as Beth she so beautiful in this role as she tries to get to know Adam and understand what he’s going through. Also the chemistry between the two is so good from the first scene they have together, to the awkward moments. The script is done so well too, and with the setting it shows some amazing things. This is a really unique film.
Since some people might not even know anything about this movie I thought I’d take the time to tell you a little about it. Well it’s basically a story about this guy Adam (Hugh Dancy) who as Asperger syndrome and after the death of his father is trying to get through the day to day. One day he meets this girl Beth (Rose Byrne) and right off she thinks he’s cute but she thinks that she scared him off. They begin to hang out through the interest of space (mostly on Adam’s part) and Adam also shows her Raccoons in Central Park. Not to long after they become a couple. The story goes on with her getting him to socialize a little bit by meeting her friends (btw I’m trying not to give to much away) And that’s all I’m going to say If you want to know what else happens then check out the movie. Let me just leave you with this about the last 30 to 45 mins things start to get very intense. And I know from what I told you about this movie it might not sound that interesting to some, but it’s got a lot of heart, and that makes it such a great movie to watch in my opinion.
